[Resolved]  Vodafone — Not received Sim Card After Paying

Dear Sir,

I Have register For New Vodafone Connection online, the person calling from Vodafone Lower Parel, They Send Executive to My House Next Day From Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd, But i Did not Received My Sim Car Till Date I have Paid 300/-and Advance rental 1000/- on 22/10/08

on Customer Care No They Ask me to Call Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd But Their No Is Not Correct 4 month Are Gone But I Have Still Did not Received The Sim Card, I am Always Talking With Billing department with MS. Nisha But There is No Favorable Response From Her. Some time she insulting me. I already sending compliant on vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com . but no reply from customer care. also sending documents proof to the vodafone Lowerparel Head office.

on Customer Care No They Ask me to Call Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd But Thier No Is Not Correct 20 days Are Gone But I Have Still Didnot Received The Sim Card, I am Always Talking With Billind department with MS.Anuradha But There is No Favourable Response From Her
Charge extra for outgoing calls


Dear sir,
Vodafone send a AD on card card connection with the assurance that, your intra call will be charged as 10 paisa per minute for you primary number to your another number. The marketing dept. of vodafone Andromedia sent me sim card by saying ur call will be charged 10 paisa. But after the receiving bill i found that call was charged 50 paisa per minute. Jojeshwari vodafone stores also gave me promise that your call will be charged 10 paisa. When ever i call to customer care they also told me same.
Now when register a complaint they told me that do u have any proof ? But sir i have not any type of proof. Talking with vodafone care is only proof. Vodafone gave 1611 bill for oct month. They gave me clarification that we can't do any type of help to you.

I agree, with customer going to consumer court. Iam working for Vodafone, at a BPO, as customer care (111). Most of the customers are frustrated due to lack of proper knowledge. At first hand, they are misinformed by Voda store. Then, the customer support executives don't want to talk about that, as customer will play the blame game., because if customer is irate, he will sent 'no' in customer satisfaction message, and the agent will suffer. Due to this, they also don't inform the customer abt exact status of the problem. and keep giving promises or says sorry for everyhting. we are supposed to talk less with customer, as AHT is a important parameter. In short, Vodafone should not give such work to BPO's.

Ref : My vodafone Mob. No. [protected] - sim purchased from a Dealer at Shreenagar, Mulund

I being a vodafone customer like to inform you that service for my above new no. is completed disconnected due to some improper document submission. As per the advised received from vodafone service centre I re-submitted the proper documents but still this day my phone is out of service due to which I face a lot of inconvenience to provide a new contact of mine which is urgently required.But now when i called the service centre, they are asking to visit the Gallery for any complaints which is not possible for me as i'm very busy with my schedule...
I believe vodafone provides the best of service than any other... hope to get the needful done!!

hi!! my self nyks shah i have taken a new sim card for biling still i have not got yet ..1weak has gone ..i hav paid rs.350 & given to the vodafone sales girl.....not receiving the call????
