Vodafone — Prepaid SIM is [protected]

I had taken Vodafone SIM on 2nd Feb 09 same was get activated on 3rd. It was working till 12th but that night I got SMs that you phone has been barred because we have not received your document whether all the required documents with photograph were been submitted on 2nd feb and. When I have contacted to shop(Lucky communication and repairing centre, Plot No 708, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad—Tel-[protected]) from whom I have taken the SIM he is telling once it get activated after that I am not responsible and all your document has already been sent to Vodafone through Vodafone representative(Bhandari). [protected] has been bard due to not submission of documents while i have been submited the documents two times. I really fadeup with vodafone disgusting service.

i had visited to vodafone store at jail road hari nagar due to my sim replacement because of damege of sim even i have my damege sim . Mr. ish was there so he listen my case and knowing about my no. and sim no than he told me for photocopy of damege sim and my ID proof so i hve submitted to him than after 1 and half an hour he told me it is not possible here you have to go punjabi bagh for this sim replacement even he didnot appologise for that so take any action for him .
