Vodafone — activated love jokes without permission

dear sir
this refers to my prepaid mobile number [protected] which is from vodaphone mobile company by my name (naveen kool)and it is with my wife(mrs geetika kool) on 12th feb 2009 i got a sms from the company that love jokes has been activated on my mobile and for that i will have to pay a monthly rental of 30/.
i have not sent any sms or requested any one from vodaphone to activate this facility even than they have activated love jokes on my mobile.
my wife also have never requested or sent sms to them to activate but they have activated and charged.
i have asked on there customer care number 111 then a execuitve mr.nikhil has put my call on hold and then disconnect the call on 17th feb at 3.25 pm(appx) then again i have rang on 111 but the other executive(mr mh. bilal) also said that i have sent a requeset through a sms but the fact is this neither i nor my wife at any time send the request.
plz help
