[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect ISD charge when I was using the WCC card | |
Hi, This complaint is in regards to my phone no: [protected]. I switched to Vodafone to use the WCC service. I have been using this for the past 9 months and have never dialed an ISD number directly. Still, my bill shows multiple ISD calls amounting to roughly 4000 Rs. I can clearly see that I have used the WCC card to call other numbers 2 hours later than the ISD call. This is incorrect as I would never dial ISD directly when I have the WCC card, which is so much cheaper! Now why would I make a direct ISD call when I have enough balance on my WCC card. Now, even if you assume that I needed to make some urgent calls at that time..this still doesnt explain the other ISD calls at a later date. I had filed a complaint about this (No:[protected] but the representative was very rude and did not want to hear my side. Can anybody help me with this?
