My mobile no. is [protected], i was migrated from pre-paid to post paid on 10.01.2009 .I have received a message on my mobile phone that my post paid bills will be directly debited from my bank account but it is regreted that i have neither sign any such agreement with the company nor make any request from my mobile phone or ever write for this. It is therefore requested that my post paid bills be surved to my billing address which helps me to paid by cash. If it doesnot happen i will not pay my bill and i will not be responsible for the same. I have also written a letter to bank that no mobile phone bills be debited from my bank account. If this problem is not sortout i will lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum. Was this information helpful? |
