[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Plan Activated without intimation | |
Date : 29/01/2009 Kind Atten : Service Manager, Vodafone This is to inform you that I Mr Kunal Sharma received call from vodafone or agency under vodafone for additional connection, I was already having Group Plan No .[protected] & the other[protected] with the rental of Rs 149, I Took new connection on condition for the same rental of Rs 149 No.[protected]. Without Intimation the bill were Splitted, the rental was Rs 250 on all 3 Nos, Inspite of my Strict Instructions for the same rental no response after regular follow up with vodafone customer care executive, I Have received the Two Bills of New No .[protected]. The Welcome Pack is still packed i have not open that kit. Kindly update my plans for rental of Rs 149, with reverse charges i.e all dues clear of new no .[protected].
