[Resolved]  Vodafone — unwanted amount was deducted

Complaint Details : Myproblem is the core balance has been deducted from
my account .I called up many times but i was not statisfied with their
info.

They were saying that the game was downloaded from my phone via GPRS.but
the thing was wrong it never happen like that.
Pls kindly go through problem and solve ASAP.
Consequences : My core balance hasbeen deducted sum of Rs 100 for my phone
no [protected]
