i want to complaint regarding my mobile no. [protected].on 19 march my talk plan was changed.as on that date i asked the executive will my sms packs(national & local) will get deactivated and he said no.no intimation was given to me about the deactivation.2 days back (i.e 13/04/2009) i recieved a call that according to ur usage pls activate the sms pack.i got to know that time itself that promo packs were deactivated.since then i have been trying to speak to the customer care and no response they are treating me like a prepaid customer.i dont know what to do with this company.i even spoke with the team leader (he is suppossed to be a senior personnel acc. to executives) and no proper reply from their end. they even say sir we will resolve ur problem but u may have to pay the actual charges. that means if the sytem makes a mistake the consumer have to bear it.
