Vodafone — regarding online recharge | |
sir, i tried to top up my no through internet banking rupees of 30 two time.the vodafone site showed that my top up is successful and money was deducted from my bank account . but have not got the balance. but when i am contacting customer care they are not ready to take my complain as they are saying their system is showing nothing regarding top up at that day. i do have reference id which was given by the vodafone site.. so plz look into this matter ... I has been recharge my house mobile no. [protected] which is aloted bulandshahr (santosh tyagi)
by amount Rs.110 through online recharge transaction no.[protected]
[protected] on dated 22.06.09, but till now i did not get the balance in my phone, amount has been dedecated already at my HDFC A/C no. [protected].
please do needfull.
