Vodafone — non working of the prepaid connection | |
Dear sir, I was using ur three vodafone postpaid connections which are as follows- 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] from past many years. i have recently got all my connections converted into prepaid with all dues clear and submitted my all 3 sims but from last three days i.e.17th april 2009 none of them is working presently.your employees in vodafone care committed that the sim will start working within (8 to 24)hrs but did not oblige to their statement due to which my business has suffered a lot. kindly, take immediate actions against the matter before i file my complaint against the regarding matter to the consumer court.
