Like asked by Preeti I went to the gallery, spoke to Fatima & Ali, both were of no help. i am still with no cell connection. they would not take any action to resolve my problem but are just trying to push me off. Now my BP is rising and any health problems i have should all be because of Vodafone people. they are mentally harrasing me and even the Nodal officer is not taking any action on this.
I have applied for Transfer of Ownership (TO) for my Vodafone no. [protected] on dated 24/07/2009. I have paid 250/- as transfer fee for change of ownership from my name to my wife’s name
I have applied it at your Vodafone store, Sector 35-C, Chandigarh through Ms. Bharti. She asked that it will be done in 2 days but today 10 days has already gone but till date no verification has been done I have already visited your Vodafone store 3 times One thing more I want to share with you that Ms. Bharti had swiped my credit card for Rs. 250/- on dated 24/07/2009 but she has not updated my payment in system on the same day. She forgets to do the same. The service level of Sector 35 officials is very poor.
Now by this blog, I would like to request all of you that never go for a vodafone connection in your life. Even if you write a mail to them, even then you'll not get reply from them.

As I am also one of the victim of this Vodafone. service they always say s happy to Help you is this the help actually my vodafaone is not working in the roaming I dont know what s happen its sim card it saying limited service. When I called a customer care guy he said plz talk to your circle... what is this Happy to Help is this your slogan just change this to Harassing if you take vodafone connection... well how ever I was tried to call my circle call centre but what a wonder as many time s I trying to connect them though it was disconnecting after 2 seconds that means i am paying money for nothing and I have just spend almost 15 Rs by this way but nothing worked out
well is there any one who can understand this Vodafone guys s are just bluff that

My Number is [protected] I am being harassed by these Vodafone people. My one cell number [protected] was lost on 8th May 2009, because of this I had requested them to block this number ([protected]), they blocked my ([protected]) number. I had a tough time making them understand that I needed to block the number that I had lost . After calling up from a PCO many times and finally after being rude to them they understood which number I need to get blocked. Then I was told that I would get a sim card with the same number within 24 hours, well I got that card on 11th May 2009 but it was o[censored]se as it did not work. Finally I had to collect a different sim card from a Vodafone gallery which I did on the 13th . The moment this sim was activated with my number [protected] they disabled my number which was working till now ([protected]). Now after talking to the customer care people they keep telling me all stories, one of them said there must be no network at your place, when I was calling from my Vodafone number only this is the type of lame excuse these people give if one phone with the same network is working fine how come another phone not work due to bad network. These people are deliberately harassing me. I need my phone to work properly right away or I am thinking of switching over to another service soon for lack of good service.
You people are not at all happy to help so please stop saying "happy to help"
I called up on the Nodal officers Number and spoke to Preeti instead of getting Mr. Suvarna on line, after requesting her to activate my number she said i will need to give a written instruction to deactivate it on the other sim, I dont understand if they can deactivate my number without my instruction why cant they do it now when i am asking them to. these people are just not willing to help. To make things easy for them i asked her to activate 91 number on my cell and i will exchange the sim with my wifes sim so that both numbers are working, she just refused to do that, i dont know why they say happy to help when they are not at all happy or willing to help.
