I had booked a new Vi SIM online and had paid an amount of Rs. 299 as part of the initial recharge amount while booking the SIM. After placing the order the booked number was not reflected in the details. Hence due to this issue, the Order was cancelled by Vi executives stating the order did not happen correctly. They promised that the recharge amount of Rs. 299 would be refunded back within 7 to 10 working days. The order was cancelled on 15th Dec 2025. But even after 10 working days the amount is still not refunded back to my account. When I called their customer care they informed me to send the account statement from the date of cancellation to current date and i did send the statement as they instructed. In reply to that they replied that I would be getting the refund within 30th December 2025 which did not happen. Moreover I am not getting any reply to my recent mails from them except for acknowledgement. Hence please look into this matter to get my refund amount back.

Please note that I got the same number by paying Rs.299 again after their executive informed that I can book the same number and the refund would happen for cancelled order.
