Hello, We had paid Rs 300 for the plan GK199 Scheme ACQ, we also got the number [protected], but we have not yet received the sim card nor do we have any details of the representatives (Sheetal and Bhabesh). their cell no [protected] is also switched off. my no is [protected], the card is in the name of SARITA S BABAR, on 16/aug/2009 i visited Thane gallary for sim replacement, where executive Mr.Jayesh Thakkur who explain me the postpaid plan Double value 399 plan for which i agreed he said me as soon as i submit the documents my card will get activated within 4 hour, Mr.Jayesh has given his Email ID(jayesh.[protected]@vodafone.com, to scan me the documents, so on 17/aug/2009 i scan the documents, i paid 299 rs, But yet i have not got my card activated.Mr.Jayesh has given his contact no. [protected].constantanly i am calling him but he is not
atall bothered, this is very dirty srevice vodafon is providing to there customer.
