Vodafone — Inappropriate Behaviour by Vodafone employee.

Hi,
This is regarding a call I received from Vodafone collections team on 26th May from the following number [protected].

I was on roaming when this person called me. The unpaid Bill amount on my Vodafone number is 184/-.

This person was extremely rude. I was informed that the total outstanding was more than 5000/- which came to me as a shock. When I tried to enquire about the details the person started arguing with me. The language/tone used was absolutely unexpected.

Still I tried maintaining my calm and asked about the number he called and as I suspected it was a wrong number. I lost my temper (I was in a very important training) and as soon as the rep realized that he had made a mistake he disconnected the call.

I am very angry/disappointed by the whole incident and don’t want to continue using Vodafone’s awesome services.
