Vodafone — Extra Charge

Dear Sir
Myself Rajkamal Purkayastha, a resident of sector-13, Rohini, Delhi 85.
I am using Vodafone mobile no. [protected] since last 2 years. I wish to file a conplain regarding my current Vodafone bill no [protected].

I got call from Vodafone excituve on last 2 months(approx) back insisting me to active internet connection on my mobile. I am told that this service will be activated for 5-7 days as free-trial & if I feel good with this service than it will be activated as monthly chargeable basis. After that I have not received any call from Vodafone regarding this service & they started charging Rs. 199/- per month as Vodafone Mobile Connect charge without informing me.
I have tried to register a complain regarding this issue to vodafone Customer care, but they have refused to register my complain. Even when I tried to speak with some senior exicutive, I am ignored.
I have talked to Mr. Sandip ( customer care exicutive) on 29.05.09 in between 3:30 to 4 pm.

Please help me out & advice me.

Hi, I am a Vodaphone former customer and it is my first month. I am very unhappy with service I have received, because one person says I am entitled to something and another says I am not. When I received the contract I was told I will be paying £15 a month, which includes 300 minutes, unlimited minutes to Vodaphone and texts. Free insurance. Free internet for one month. Now, I am in my second month and I am being told, I have to pay £4 extra for Vodaphone unlimited because it is not included in this price plan, which comes to a total of £19. I have to pay extra for the insurance when I was told it was free. Also, after 60minutes to a Vodaphone network it begins to charge. I was unaware of this and was not told, I have asked many times if it was unlimited to Vodaphone and your advisors told me yes it is! I am very angry because I feel you have ripped me off. You sent the phone to my house and you were going to charge me for that too, and I was unaware of this. I am very upset and angry that your advisors told me my price plan included something which it did not and I am considering of cancelling this contract!
