I am sorry to take your precious time for trivial matter. I hava been using vodafone for last two years my no. is [protected] without any complain but this month i have faced a very peculiar problem. I have send my request for call filter service on 8th july 2009 and Rs 99 was deducted from my balance for activation of that service and i received a sms from vodafone that service will be activated within 4 hours. but it didn't. I told customer care twice about my problem but they didn't fix it and then they stopped replying my calll. and i also wanted to deactivate my FF service but i dont know how to do it and i am not getting any help from customer care as i told you they were not replying.vodafone is so famous name with tag line "Happy to help" is this your way to help your customer like sending sms saying call to this number to make friends and even calling to customer to inform abour this absurd thing but not replying or not fixing customer problem when he/she is asking for help.
I request you to add RS 99 + Rs 15 in my balance which you have deducted for not paying any services.
