I CALLED UP VADAFONE customer care in bangalore. just to asak information regarding deactivation of SMS pack of 49. Agent named G.S. Rao (this was the name told by him) the way of respnd was rude.And he was showting at me and when i told him, to trnsfer his call to any superior he refused to do so.and he disconnect the call. and when i once again called another agent did the same thing he dint transfer the call. he just dissconnet the call. after keeping me on hold for more thasn 15 min.
SUCH A THING IS SHAME ON THE PART OF COMPANY. AND HOPE SUCH THINGS DOSNOT REPEAT IN FUTURE.
I HOPE THAT COMPANY WILL TAKE NESSARY ACTION TO THIS CASE.

sub Regarding of irresposible vodafone custmercare.
lost 5 years my self ([protected]) and family members also vodafone. About ur service, i contacted to manymore times [111 ] to this no about my following problems but no response from there
1, i have recharged 148 plan last 28.07.2009, but not activeted that plan
2, that time i call to our custmercare they have cut my call manymore times.
3. Not activated conference call & I can't pickup waiting call.
Because can you rectify my problem? Otherwise you may give another no or mail id as soon possible.
