Vodafone — Mobile disconnected for unjustifiable reasons

Vodafone Mumbai mumbai made me submit documents twice over while applying for a new connection & still disconnected by service for some absurd reasons.
while i had duly met the identity/address vedifications criterion by providing the requested documents, as askd by their staff. however they are really acting funny in demanding that i OBTAIN A NOC FROM MY EMPLOYEE FOR OBTAINING A PREPAID MOBILE CONNECTION.

come on mobile connection is a commodity these days & its not like i am applying for a license to own a revolver.

either the staff who handle such documentation have no brains at all or are hell bent in troubling the customers.

i seriously regret having taken a connection from Vodafone & recommend others not to use thieir service. God bless you! if for any reason you have to interact with the bunch fo jokers who claim to be customer service agents.

Yes you are totally right.. They are a bunch of jokers..

My connection has been disconnected & this is the 7th time this is happening. I have provided my “Registered Rental Agreement” & have visited the vodaphone store several times & asked them to visit my premises as their office is opposite to my house, they refuse.

The verification never seems to be done, & I have given specific instructions to call me before coming to do the verification. They never followed the same & disconnected again.

The best part their bill comes to me on the same address.. fantastic ..!!

I am regretting why i took this connection..
I am 4 to 5 years vodofone customer. my mob.is no.[protected].in this period so much time I completed about the network, balance cutting, on display call cost, roaming rate in local mh & so many but not yet solution. vodaphone is sabse ganda network.
when you call not display call charges on display.Due to vodafoe cutting the charges vodafone's mind.
Now all network's did the low chargas in home network or mh roaming network but vodafone is high lavel company . His no need customers.
arey guys dont go for vodafone. Bakwas service. They are making customers pay huge amounts of money. I think because of recession effect, they went to losses. For recovery they might be doing this. Instead they can beg directly.
