[Resolved] Vodafone — Billing charges | |
Dear Concerned, This is with very heavy heart I am writing. I am using 2 of the Vodafone numbers [protected](postpaid) and [protected](prepaid). Both of the above mentioned numbers were postpaid till September 15, 2008 and were under Family plan. and post September I requested in writing to the Vodafone Store executive Miss Sapna Doshi to migrate [protected] to prepaid and change the Talk Plan to New GK299. As requested the number [protected] was migrated to Prepaid on the 15th of September(after a week full of follow-up, as the executive happened to forward the incorrect SIM number and that caused the delay in migration) and as a matter of fact I was under the impression that the plan for the number [protected] has been changed to New GK299. Straight from the month of November I received bills with big amount and I took it very light thinking that I might have done that many calls and trusting that Vodafone would not make mistake, I never saw my bills as I thought Vodafone was good enough to trust as brand. It was in the month of may that I had to see the bill and to my surprise what I saw was that the Talk plan was not at all changed and when checked with 111, I was told that there was no request at all. I Visited the Vodafone store in Mulund and Informed about the Issue to Mr. Pramod Tawade, who was helpful to me in getting my plan changed to 399 Double value and also confirmed that he has taken a complaint about the damage caused due to non-change of plan immediately and that I would be receiving the complaint number as an SMS to my mobile phone. Hell, I did not received any complaint number, when contacted customer care week after the complaint I was told by the floor supervison Miss Manisha Patil that there was no such complaint forwarded. * Is this the limit of torture I should be expecting from a brand like VODAFONE ? * My trust was broken twice by your executive. * Miss Manisha Patil is more interested in call back that customer service. * Your executives does not trust the customers. Kindly ensure to revise the bill amounts starting from 15th September till 29th May 2009 to be charged as per New GK 299 Plan. I had also Requested Mr. Pramod Tawade to Activate 399 plan and deactivate all additional services which might be available on this number. Hope, the request is properly taken into consideration.
