[Resolved] Vodafone — activation of new number | |
This is with regards to a post paid sim which was purchased by me on 11th may 2009..The sales executive delivered a pre paid conversion sim instead of a post paid conversion sim first. He said that this would be activated by tomorrow morning After repeated calls we were given a new number which was [protected]..and told that the sim would be activtated in 24 hours..time passed by and after daily calls we were told that the sim could not be activated becasue of a negative verification since the door was locked. Fair enough and we asked for a refund..we then had a sales executive come to our place and deliver a post paid sim and claiming that the sim would be activated by evening today. It has been about 2 weeks now and there is no info on the same. I would like to clearly understand what does vodafone need to reimburse me the rs 250 which i paid as a deposit.
