Vodafone — Dont' have Ethics and they are Chiting | |
Respected Sir, I am using Vodafone In Prepaid GSM service. On 08-05-09 i was opted FFA offer with a special recharge card for lesser call charges for a special numbers. But the offer was not activated (actual TAT 24 hrs.). On 21-05-09 the offer was activated. In this period 6 thimes i was contacted the customer care. Every time i got the reply as " We have a server problem(some upgradaions are going on), once it's resolved we ll reverse the amount by default to your account". But after 21-05-09 the amount was not reversed, so again i was contacted the customer care, as that is the only answering team. Then they told me "Reversal of amount is not possible, but the Offer ll be valid till 21-06-09". But on 08-06-09 the offer was stopped without notice. Then again with pationcy i called to Customer care. Then they told me "the offer was valid till 08-06-09, now the reversal of amount OR Extending the validity are or not possible, we can't do any thing". Again recharging is not a problem for me, because it's small amount.But they Don't have Ethics in business. And even Customer Care people don't having clear information about the Cases.
