I have placed a request in vijayawada vodafone in the month of Nov to change my number from postpaid to prepaid..I have submitted all the related document and the store person has given me new SIM card and the reference number(attached to the request) by paying the outstanding amount on that number. But now I am receiving an email saying that if I don't pay 600/- amount which is due on my number they will proceed legally. I haven't used that number for the day I have placed the request.
I tried reached out Hyderabad Himayathnagar Vodafone store and ask about the status. The store person that the request which I have placed in the month of NOV was not processed and asked me to pay the amount and cancel the number if wish or place the request once again to get the number migrated from postpaid to prepaid.
When I dined to pay the amount he said he will activate the number and raise a request on my number for wavier and once the amount is cleared. I can pay that month bill and cancel if I wish or request for migration. The number got activated on the date when I reached vodafone store and now after a week they have again barred my number. When I called up customer care they say I have pay the amount or they won't activate the number or cancel my number.
Request you to please help me out in getting this issue resoved as soon as possible. I am really fed up with vodafone service.

Vodafone — Re activate my number
Dear sir/madamI have use my vodafone number in last 6 years still last i get the sim not register problem how can i solve it sir it my very sensitive number, pls do the crt reply to my mail([protected])
