[Resolved] Vodafone — Kiosk - money paid | |
Hi I Paid Rs. 300 @ the Kiosk machine in goregaon [East] outside station. on payment, the machine reported just Rs 150. I immediatly brought this to the watchman standing there and wrote a written complaint in the Kiosk register.I was given an assurance of 72 hours -By Mr Pranav This was on the 15th of June. I returned on the 19th of june, and i was told that the problem would be solved by coming Wednesday I submitted a written complaint AND a Xerox of the reciept. I personally went to the store and reminded them on tuesday. On Wednesday too my problem was not solved, again i was assured a period of 72 hours - Ms Trupti Today, 29th June 2009, I went there only to hear that my account would be updated by "Evening" - Ms Trupti I have written an email to vodafone with the reciept of the payment attached as an image, My complaint id is[protected] I have already spent more than 30 /- going to vodafone store during my working hours. I am now fed up of visiting them so many times just to get assured about more dates Please some one help me. Was this information helpful? | |
