I am pensioner, and I only use my prepaid mobile phone for emergency. I was told by your people that I lose my money when my account expirered. This is wrong as your company has robed me of just under $50.00. I would like my money back. I can ill afford to habe my money taken from me. I rarely use my phone. I feel that it is fraud to take someones just becaue the date has expired. The should have remained in my account until such time as I had got intouch with your people.
