Vodafone — wrong charges of GPRS

Hello,
My name is Tirath Singh Rawat, I am using your number since from more than half year.
My number is [protected] that is a corporate number from THE TRIBUNE TRUST. My vodafone number plan is Talk Super Saver 149-L

Recently i have charged of Rs 133.60 Pasia on 6th of june 2009 o[censored]sing VMC(vodafone mobile connect), but the fact is that according to plan VMC supposed to be charged as pro data base.
Infact i have already given request for deactivation on 111 customer care helpline number on 4 th of june 2009 but company didn’t deactivated the service of VMC
And in next bill i got charged of Rs 133.60 Paisa, I had a talk with 111 customer care executive regarding this issue Complaint Number-[protected], and with same as nodal officer.he said to me that i have to pay the amount of VMC and i have no other option said by nodal officer.

Now the problem comes again in this month 8th july 2009.
According to bill plan, i have activated VMC on 8th july 2009 till the end of my billing cycle which is 6th july 2009 to5th august 2009.
According to the VMC paln, The VMC plan is unlimited downloading + surfing charges are free in Rs 300/Month (Pro Data Base)
So, I have activated this service on 8th July 2009 and after the bill cycle, I found that in my bill company charged me total of Rs 497.71 Paisa Instead Of Rs 300
It means Rs 218 are the extra charges on my bill was added by the company.
I registered a complaint about this issue on 13th Of August at VODAFONE STORE SECTOR 19 CHANDIGARH.
The executive given me the time of 72 hrs Complaint Number was [protected].
But after 72 hrs executive said to me that the charges are genuine and I have to pay all the charges before due date. After this I made a call to a nodal officer on this number [protected]. Nodal Officer also told me the same as above and he was spoke with me rudely and no proper satisfaction I had received from any where.

In Short:-

VMC [VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECT] Monthly Rent – RS 300
Billing Cycle – 6th july-5th august
VMC Activate on my number – 8th july 2009
Genuine Rent charged on my bill – Rs279.71 from 8th july-5th august
Wrong charges on my bill - Rs218 on 8th july 2009.

I am using already your two numbers
1st is [protected]
2nd is [protected]
So, I am requesting you to help me out from this issue otherwise I will disconnect both numbers and I wont submit their dues.

Vodafone — wrong charges for GPRS

Hello, i was using vodafone number and they passed me wrong information from their call center dept. and i charged 700 INR in 2nd bill and 2200 rs in 3rd bill, i talked at the nodel desk but i got reply from there that i must paid that amount, after that i had many calls from there relationship manager but he dint came to meet me, after that vodafone issued me another bill, they charged me again for GPRS, where I hadn't use it. pls give me resolution so that i can reactivate my number.
