[Resolved]  Vodafone — SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED WITHOUT INTIMATION APART OF THE FULL PAYMENT

I am one of the exploited customer of your renowned communication company vodafone.My phone number is [protected], which is a postpaid connection and I bought this number 4 months back from one of the vodafone store at delhi.since then i am paying all my bills before the due date arrives through your low grade website which doesn't work most of the time due to your server problems.I have deposited the security amount in advance to keep my phone services alive all the time.I also registered with your ECS (auto debit through my saving a/c) payment facility for the same as my services will not be barred due to the financial aspects.But still my phone services are barred, my sim is been suspended due to the payment issues, keeping this in my mind i called up your so called very friendly customer care service where all your c.c executives talk to me in a bad manner and doesn't provide a proper reply of why services are barred WITHOUT INTIMATING ME (mind it)(my incoming also barred and sms are also not receiving). So when I came to know that my bill is exceeded my credit limit I have deposited 2000 RS. immediately and than called up again to your customer care to resume my services and they told me that they can't help me out in the issue, neither they forwarded any request niether any complaint regarding the issue is been lodged by your customer care service executives.While in night at 1a.m your c.c exc. gave me a reference number [protected] regarding the lodging of issue and still my services are not resumed.

Apart from ECS payment i had made the payment of 2000 Rs. to resume my service but still my services are barred, i felt exploited and i lodged a complaint in consumer forum about it that u have barred my services without intimating me and still my services are not resumed after making a payment of 2000 Rs against the bill of 2700 Rs.The complaint ID at consumer forum is 2820/4/2009 dated 27th august 2009.

Due to your services my company faced a loss of around 5 lacs because I am not able to recieve a international call by our client and my job is in danger because of your services.

Will you please provide me the answer, why my incoming calls are barred without intimating me and please let your customer care executives behave like a civilize peoples.

If my services will not be resumed in an hour than your company should be ready for a legal action which is being filed with in a day by our lawyers.
This problem of barring calls is repeated in past also 3 times on the same number and this is 4th time this is done to me.

Waiting for your urgent, positive and fruitful reply.Look into the matter and let me know what is my fault and where i have done wrong with vodafone is my fault is that i have trusted you more than other service providers.
