[Resolved] Vodafone — Regarding monthly rentals | |
I have activated "Vodafone Live" on 20th of June which is different from [protected]@199. I was never told about this while activation. Neither my internet account showed me that its [protected]@199 rather than Vodafone Live, it always should me Vodafone Live until August. Thinking it is Vodafone Live and the process told to me for deactivation was by calling up the customer care and deactivate or do it via my internet account.I did it both the ways. Still i was charged 199 for [protected]@199 every month, that is in July 09 and August 09, also the late days of June 09. I had approached the Vodafone outlet for the same, as said by the person i had submitted a written application for deactivating of [protected]@199 and waiver of the monthly rentals charged to me for July 09 and Aug 09. This was of no use. Instead in the next bill(Bill of August) they have added an extra 199 and deducted the same as waiver. which doesn't make sense at all. When called the customer care... the fellow slammed the phone on my face saying that the systems are down.. when i was explaining him my problem. This is absolutely insane.
