Vodafone — haressed for over 8 months | |
I had applied for a vodafone corporate connection which my company piramal lifesciences offers.I got a number which was already being used by someone else and his debit wasnt even cleared. For the month of feb he and i both made a payment of 567Rs.He reverted his payment and it showed to be debited to my account so previous for 8 months now my accountkeeps showing a due e evenamount of 567 rs.I have even submitted the receipt of my payment twice but my account hasnt been cleared yet.And then to top it all they bar my outgoing calls. First of all is it right to give out a used number whose bill isnt even cleared.and secondly why should a person who has duely paid all the bills and also submitted a receipt for this confussion suffer.
