ON 16 DEC. 2008, I GOT AN SMS FROM THE COMPANY--- "Rs. 25 FREE... TALKTIME KI BAARISH ! VODAFONE RC126 PAR 23% EXTRA TALKTIME SIRF AAPKE LIYE.RC126 KE RECHARGE PAR Rs.134.14 TALKTIME(EXTRA Rs.25 IN 24 HRS)LIMITED PERIOD OFFER!" ON THE SAME DAY, I RECARGED MY MOBILE WITH RC126.....AROUND 109 Rs WERE ADDED IN MY MOB....N I WAITED FOR 24 HRS. TO GET 25Rs. BONUS ACCORDING TO THE MSG....BUT DID NT GET...I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE ...N THEY AKED ME TO WAIT FOR 48 HRS..... AND, IT WAS OF NO AVAIL.. ON 18-12-07, I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT(NO.[protected].ON 19-12-07, I GOT AN SMS FROM VODAFONE THAT "WE HAVE RECHECKED YOUR ACCOUNT AND HAVE FOUND NO ERRORS AS PER OUR RECORDS FOR YOUR VODAFONE MOBILE NUMBER-[protected]."
