[Resolved] Vodafone — Verification made negative without any logic | |
I would like to bring to the notice of one and all, that I had bought a post paid connection([protected]) and while filling all the formalities, i had explained that as i am a working person, i will not be available after 9am at my residence, so get verification done before that time, however after two days, i come to know that my outgoing facility has been debarred 'coz negative verification report was submitted. What crap? inspite of having mentioned in advance, if a customer is harassed in this manner, its highly unethical on the part of Vodafone. on contactng customer care, no help is provided whatsoevr, which furthur worsens the matter. on top of all this, the verification deptt remains closed on sunday and they choose this very day to debar the services, how customer friendly is Vodafone, is crystal clear frm this fact itself. hope u do this or i would be forced too take a legal action against your company and proceed too criminal court for the loss in my business coz of an unnoticed barred in my calling facility.
