[Resolved] Vodafone — Call rates scheme changed without any information. | |
I am pre-paid Customer of Vodafone telecommunication from Surat(Gujarat). Intially when i purchased this Sim card the company gave me the sechme of .50 paise call rates to all local mobile phones in gujarat with a validity of one year. Then After completition of one year the company offer me a recharge option of Life time & One Year. I gone for one year validity, by making a payment of Rs.105 And the company were continuing my old previous scheme of low call rate. And now suddenly they closed my scheme without any notice although my Card valitidity is still not completed. Further i made a call in the customer care department of the company stating these matter. then the compnay's service personnel told that with in a 24 hours the company service personnel will call me and give me a satisfactory reply, but i do not recieved any call from the company side. Futher, after all these then also i called them again, then now they are stating that they are not offering any scheme of low call rates to me since when i Recharge with Rs 105.
