[Resolved] Vodafone — Haressment due to automatic activation of missed call call alert. | |
Sir, I have a vodafone prepaid connection. in the first week of August 09 a lady from vodafone customer care called as per their promotional plan and tried to persuade me to activate MCI but I Have told her that I do not want that service. On 9th of Auguest I got an SMS saying that MCI has been activated on my request. And Rs. 30/ was cut from the account. I went to the agent and deactivated it as per the required format. Aftyer a gap of 10 days it has been activated two more times and i deactivated it again. Yesterday on 26 Sept. 09 it is activated again and today 27 Sept Rs. 30/ is cut. Please could you save me from this haressment by company and their extortion. Thanking you, George John Was this information helpful? | |
