[Resolved] Vodafone — Cheating and rude behaviour by vodafone employees | |
Hi All I would like it to bring it your notice the cheating done by vodafone staff for my new postpaid connection. I am working for an MNC when the executive who was roaming behind me for connections in order to meet the target said i am eligible for getting 2 sim cards and can use it without any problem and it would be activated within 3 hours, which never happened. I am facing problem for 10 days now where my sim card is not activated(one of them) and repeated visits to their stores(6times) fetched nothing. they have cheated on me by not activating the mobile(one of them). when i bring it to their notice their executives behave badly and in rude manner and say you are not eligible to get 2 sim cards. I am fed up of this cheating and raw behaviour by company called vodafone. They dont have any proper work ethics and how they work to sort the problem out of customer.
