DEAR SIR, THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE OUT GOING SERVISES OF MY POSTPAID CONNECTION (NO. [protected]) HAS BEEN BARRED BECAUSE OF EXTRA USAGE THAN THE CREDIT LIMITES. THIS ACTION HAD BEEN TAKEN ON 28/10/09 ON ABOUT 1.30 PM AFTER THAT I HAD IMMIDIETELY CONSULTED TO VODAFONE STORE ON 3.15 PM ABOUT AT ELGIN ROAD ALLAHABAD THEY HAD TOLD ME TO PAY MY BILL.. NOW I AHD PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS 900/- AGAINST THE USAGE OF RS 1123/- ON 6.15 PM AT VODAFONE STORE( 140 COLONELGANJ ALLAHABAD) TO MR. SARVESH . HE HAD TOLD ME THAT YOUR SERVISES WILL BE RESTART MAXIMUM WIITH IN 2 HOURS. ON 7.04 PM I HAD AGAIN CONSULTED WITH COSTUMOR CARE SERVISE TO MR. VIJAY HE HAD TOLD ME THAT IHAD AGAIN FORWARDING YOUR COMPLAINT AND YOUR SERVISES WILL BE RESATART WITH IN MAXIMMUM 3 HOURS . ONCE AGIAN ON 12.15 AM (29/10/09) I HAD CONSULTED TO VODAFONE COSTUMOR CARE SERVICE TO MR. RAHUL HE HAD TOLD ME THAT SIR YOUR REQUEST HAD BEEN FORWARDED ALREADY. BUT I DON'T KNOW,' WHY THE SERVISES HAD NOT BEEN RESTARTED.NOW ONCE AGAIN I AM FORWARDIN YOUR REQUEST AND AS SOON AS POSSIABLE WE WILL RESTART YOUR SERVISES. AFTER THAT I HAD SEEN THAT THE SERVISES HAD NOT BEEN RESTARTED TILL 9.30 AM (29/10/09) ONCE AGAIN I HAD CONSULTED TO VODAFONE COSTOMER CARE SERVISES TO MISS HINA AND ASK MY PROBLEM TO HIR SHE HAD TOLD ME THAT SIR AS SOON AS POSSIABLE WE WILL SHORT OUT YOUR PROBLEM. NOW THIS IS 10.46 AM (29/10/09) IN MY CLOCK AND THE SERVISES OF MY NUMBER ARE NOT STARTED.MAENS NO ANY SATISFACTORY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.BAECAUSE OF THAT I AM SUFFERRING A LOT PLESE DON'T DO THESE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES IN FUTURE. NOW TELL ME THAT, ARE THESE TYPES OF SERVISES SATISFYING THE NEED OF COSTUMER. IF NO, THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO. PLESE TAKE NECESARRY ACTION TO SHORT OUT MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIABLE.
