[Resolved] Vodafone — Cheating by the Vodafone store men on CUG Plan | |
Respected Sir, I am a Vodafone post paid connection holder from 2007 under the plan FTT / 299. Eight of our company members having the same plan or similer plans, have jointly decided to form a CUG including the 10 new post paid connections we have taken. The store men of your Kottayam store only canvased us for the same and we agreed to them for the single CUG plan. We gave application for the same. The plan was activated very late. More than that they have put us in two different CUGs. Many of the old post paid connections' plan has been changed in to 199 plan, without our knowledge. The services given to us is very poor. Whenever we try to contact the concerned person in the store, they are hesitant in attending our call. All o[censored]s received a huge some amount for the first bill. I request you to look into the matter urgently. Other wise we plan to cancell all the vodafone connections. I have pre paid connection & I never had active match service on my mobile, but they active the same on my mobile & last 20 days every day they are deductiong 3 to 5 rs from my account. 2 time I have visited vodofone stores they noted the complain but till today no action has done & amount are deducting from my account [protected].
