[Resolved] Vodafone — SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED EVEN AFTER DOING RECHARGE FOR INCREASING VALIDITY | |
Hi , I am also one of the exploited customer of your renowned communication company vodafone with mobile Number [protected]. My validity was suppose to end on 11/11/2009 so I made recharge of 119 which will increase my validity by year a week advance before the last date. But still Vodafone suspended my connection , when I called them they told complaint has been taken and will take 4 days to resolve which is not acceptable as my incoming calls are also barred. When I requested customer care executive to bring supervisor online they always denied it , they even dropped the call 2 times. Every one can imagine life with pot Phone for 4 days.
