Vodafone — Duplicate SIM Card | |
I had lost my mobile phone Vodafone Storm Number [protected] almost 3 months back now. I had got the number blocked on the very same day. Till date I have been following up with the Vodafone customer care to have a Duplicate SIM Card with the same number. Every time I have been informed that we will be sending the Sim Card in a day or two and all I need to do is keep a copy of a phot/Adress proof handy. I am a working person and have therefore requested for the same to be delivered to a second address which is my parents; also in the same vicinity. The customer service reps have confirmed time and again that they will have it delivered at the address shared. Been three months almost and the same issue is not yet resolved. Really the services provided by the company are the worst any service provider in the entire country could do. Have been a customer with Vodafone since over 5/6 years now however the customer service has never ever been good till date. Will definitely cancel my account which has 2 seperate numbers, Was this information helpful? | |
