[Resolved]  Vodafone — Deactivating sms pack without notice and charging unnecessary

I had activated sms pack in my vodafone mobile around one year back. According to this every local sms costs 2paise with a monthly rental of 49 rupees. This 49 rupees would be cut from my balance every month. If had balance less than 49, my account balance goes to negative. (For example if i had a balance of 20 rupees, my account balance will be reduced to -29 rupees. Even if my balance is -10 rupees for any reason, it will be reduced to -59 rupees after deducting the monthly rental). This was how the rental used to be deducted.
ON dec 7th i recharged my phone for Rs100. The next day my balance is 25paise. I spoke with vodafone customer care. He says as per as per the sms pack, 49 rupees had to be deducted on dec 5th. But my balance was less than 49 so it has not been done and the sms pack is deactivated. Every sms is charged Re1 and that is where i have lost currency. But as per the plan i have been using from around a year, 49 has to be cut even if my balance is already in negative and local sms charge remains 2paise unless i deactivate the sms pack. When i told this to the customer care executive, he refuses to accept it. When i told him i have been using the same plan from a year, he says it has been changed from this month. If the account balance is less than 49, sms pack gets deactivated. If the plan is actually changed, i should get a notice about that because i am already using it. At least i should get a notice that sms pack has been deactivated. But i did not get any. i am also extremely unhappy about the rude tone the customer care executive spoke in.
I kindly request u to take required action about this.
thanking you
