[Resolved] Vodafone — RUDE EXECUTIVE-RIYA | |
This complaint is against the VODAFONE company which apparently is one of the most reputed company's...In real the company's executives are rude and uncouth. They have no sense to talk and no respect for their clients. One Ms. Riya called my mother and was extremely rude to her due to non-payment of bill. the bill had already been paid and this was told to the executive, but she didnt have this information on record and threatened us with legal action and said that we had bribed someone in their department to activate our number. I have never paid a bill of less than Rs.4000/-per month... Even after telling her that we had a receipt she did not stop screaming and told us she will take us to court... I called the Vodafone customer care minutes after this and i was put on hold for 15 minutes... this is mental harassment and i wish to take this matter further... We are paying for these services and yet we are made to feel like we getting these services for free.. It is disgusting and disappointing... Was this information helpful? | |
