AN INTERNET REGHARGE OF Rs 410/- WAS MADE ON 04 OCT 2009 FOR VODAFONE PREPAID MOB No [protected]. HOWEVER, A DOUBLE DEDUCTION OF THIS AMOUNT WAS MADE FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE SINCE SPOKEN TO THE VODAFONE HELPLINE A NUMBER OF TIMES AND ALSO VISITED THE VODAFONE STORE AT VASANT VIHAR 0N 03 DEC 2009 & 04 MAR 2010. LAST SERVICE REQUEST No 67205770. I WAS ALSO ASSURED THAT THE MATTER WOULD BE RESOLVED AND THE AMOUNT OF Rs 410/- WOULD BE CREDITED AS RECHARGE ON THE SAID MOBILE PHONE AND I WOULD ALSO GET A CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE TO CONFIRM THE SAME WITHEN 48 HOURS. UNFORTUNATELY, NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER CARE HAS CALLED SINCE 4TH MAR 2010 AND NEITHER HAS THE SAID AMOUNT BEEN CREDITED AS RECHARGE NOR HAS IT BEEN REFUNDED TO ME TILL DATE DESPITE A LAPSE OF OVER 5 MONTHS. SUCH A RESPONSE IS NOT EXPEXTED FROM A RENOWN COMPANY SUCH AS VODAFONE. I AM CERTAIN BETTER SERVICE AN BE PROVIDED. Was this information helpful? | |
