Vodafone — Lack of product knowledge
I recharged the unlimited pack browsing worth Rs.123/- for 30 days. The activation is taking more than 5 hours. Actually yesterday (30.09.2010) i recharged thru Vodafone.in by 3.30pm and still it is not active. When I call to the customer care, there is no proper reply. A very very bad service by Voddafone in my past 5 yrs (I am using Vodafone for past 5 yrs). Also they are saying that the customers can use only wap sites and if they use WWW sites they will be charged by 5ps/10kb. The company should make to know the customers about the products. But they do not do this. So the problems occur and the subscribers will be in trouble.36%
