Vodafone — deducting money by forcefully subcribing unwanted services | |
SO THIS IS HAPPENING WITH ALL THE VODAFONE CUSTOMERS.. MAY BE VODAFONE FINDS THIS A BETTER WAY OF MAKING MONEY BUT THIS INTELLIGENT VODAFONE COMPANY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THAT IT WILL BE IN A GREAT LOSS BY DISAPPOINTING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT.. I RECEIVED AN AUTOMATED CALL FROM VODAFONE 10 DAYS BACK..WHEREIN THEY ACTIVATED RADIO MUSIC STATION BY DEDUCTING RS. 50 FROM MY BALANCE..SINCE THAT DAY I AM SPEAKING TO VODAFONE REPRESENTATIVES DAILY.. AND SOME EXECUTIVES LIKE MANZOOR AZAM, DILSHAD ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN THIS CASE.. BUT TODAY AT LAST VODAFONE HAS SHOWN ITS TRUE COLOUR.. A LADY BY THE NAME OF KULWINDER SAYING THAT- "as per our data, you activated the service yourself".. ALL BIG LIARS UNDER VODAFONE !!! RS. 50 IS NOT A BIG AMOUNT FOR ME..BUT NOW IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK WITHIN 2-3 DAYS, I WILL SURELY APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT.. NOTE MY NUMBER-[protected] FEW FRIENDS OF MINE WHO HAVE RECENTLY SHIFTED TO NCR, WERE PLANNING TO TAKE NEW CONNECTION, THEY ASKED MY OPINION AND I SIMPLY ADVISED THEM TO KEEP THE DISTANCE WITH VODAFONE..
