Please disconnect my vodafone postpaid connection([protected]), as I do not need it any more . Inspite of sending mail to your customer care I havent received any response .

This is with regards to the vodafone postpaid connection (ph.no [protected]) that I took while I was in Pune. I have been trying to cancel this connection from last 4 months as now I am in Delhi and no longer needs it. However, I have not been able to do so.

First of all its very difficult to get through your customer care number [protected]. Secondly, when one does get through it, one doesn't get the right information. Last time that I was able to get through, I was informed by one of your representatives that in order to cancel this connection, all I need to do is to go to a vodafone store and submit my application.

However, when I visited the store, I was told that since it is Pune no. they can't help me and that I'll have to send a mail to vodafone.[protected]@vodafone.com. I did send the mail and even after repetead reminders, have not received any reply till date. And I continue to receive bills.

Please disconnect this connection with imediately.

I generally pay my vodafone bill online of my phone No.[protected] and and am never able to get the payment receipt printed. Today, 22.03.2010, I paid bill for Rs.182.97 online and as usual got no option for getting the receipt printed. Only the receipt of amount has been advised through SMS. Vodafone should provide the facility of printed receipt to its customers.
