[Resolved] Vodafone — Harassment face from your employee

I am Mohd Abeed Khan with the phone no. [protected].Since I was out of station for around 3 and half to 4 months I could not pay the bill on time. Since I didn’t have a credit card I could not pay online and since there is no Vodafone store in Manipur I was really facing problem of paying my bill on time.
Few days back I spoke to the Customer Care from Vodafone and I told him the problem I faced and I even told her that I will be paying in 20days time and I apologies for the same mistake. Before this the alternate no([protected]) which I have given during the time of the connection was always there and I even spoke to most of your customer in that alternate no.
Now coming to the real problem I faced on Sunday, I was getting many call from some people telling me that they are courier people and wanted to deliver something to me. I met them on suday. A person came to me and asked me my ID and I gave them. He after seeing the ID card started shouting at me and even threatening me and told me to pay him the bill.
He didn’t even have the ethics to talking to me properly. He did not even hear to me. I tried explaining to him that I spoke to the customer care and I also told him that I have taken 20 days time. He even threaten me with my life and also he warned me that I will not be able to stay peacefully at my home.
Later on I told him that I wanted to meet his manager. Then he told me that to come with him to the Vodafone head office near FORUM. Once I got read he started telling me that he will not be able to come to head office and he was forcing me to come to Jayanagar or BTM layout.
Knowing that he was trying to play some trick I forcefully went to the Vodafone head office. While on the way he call up so many people and gave the bike no, the color of the dress myself and my friend was wearing.
On reaching the head office I found that there was nobody to assist us and that person was trying to play with me. Luckily a lady came out of your office and I and my friend took her help and the matter was solved with lots of argument and fight. After some time I spoke to your customer care from your office land line.
I explained her all my problems. She told me to pay the bill without the late payment charges. She even assured me that she will try to reimburse me the late payment charges (Rs. 200). During this time the person who came to collect money from my house already left telling my friend (I was on phone talking to customer care)that he will come back with many people and He will see that how I go safely from your office.
Later on I went to the Jayanagar Hutch office and spoke to a lady by name Aswini (name not sure). I explained to her all the pain I went through on that day. She told me that the senior person was not there and she told me to come today.

I even asked that person for the Xerox of the ID card but he refused to give me.
