[Resolved] Vodafone — Dead SIM active billing | |
I have a Vodafone dead SIM that does not work, but I have been getting the bills for the previous 2 months as the account is active. I reasoned with Sapna at Mulund Vodafone gallery and she informed me that the account is active and the bill is generated irrespectie of faulty or blocked SIM. You must pay for not being able to use your SIM as you are a Vodafone customer. Was this information helpful? | |
