[Resolved] Vodafone — Cross Connection Problem | |
hi I am Ramanaiah, working for zensar technologies, and this is my mobile number [protected]. Am facing the cross connection problem. if i want to call one person(outgoing calls only), i need to call that number near 20 to 30 times, then only i can reach the exact person, mean while the vodafone people charging for cross connection i.e 20 to 30 dialled numbers. Am facing this problem since 2 and half month, on the starting day itself I informed the problem to them and i requested to them for deducting the amount for those calls in my bill. On 6th March around 5:40 PM, i have made a call to a STD number, but reached some other number. And when i redialed the same number, it went to the correct number.
This is a loss of our money and time. This is not the first time i am facing this issue.
