Vodafone — Vodafone Live Issue

I got my vodafone prepaid account recharged(number [protected]). My balance however got consumed in a single day even though i made only 3-4 calls which costed me a max of 15 Rs. When I enquired about this wid Vodafone cust care the executive told me that I am using internet on my mobile, which i never did. According to him as my handset is GPRS enabled, VL is automatically activated. He told me to deactivte the Vodafone Live by SMSing DCT VL to 111. However, this option is not working.

This is mere harassment of the end customer. How can the mobile service provider deduct amount for the service not availed. Even if VL is activated how can they deduct amt even when i didnt surf even a single site.
Also the Cust care executives of these companies donot themselves have complete info so how can they take care of their customers.... Also kindly help me in getting VL deactivated.
