Hi,
Even though i had a credit limit of Rs:2000/-. Vadafone people had stopped my outgoing facility and saying that due to exceeding credit limit.
As such i had used credit limit of Rs:1400/-(approx).i had already dropped a mail and spoke with concerned customer care executive.
due to their poor service my activities are getting disturbed.
as such no reply from their end.i have all written documents(soft copy and sms). Was this information helpful? |
The customer care lady was not helpful at all. She was not ready to listen. She was not clarifying the meaning of "Credit limit". She went on bluntly and roughly saying "Pay your Bill".
