Vodafone — KEEP RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES, ALTHOUGH REGISTERED IN 'DO NOT CALL'. | |
I HAD REGISTERED UNDERTRAI LAWS WITH THE DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE OF VODAFONE ON MY NUMBER, ON THE 12TH OF MARCH 2008. BUT DESPITE OF ASSURANCES I KEEP GETTING THESE PROMOTIONAL CALLS ON MY PHONE. I HAVE A RECORDING OF THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE WHICH CLEARLY SAYS THAT I AM REGISTERED AND I SHOULD NOT BE RECEIVING ANY SUCH MESSAGES, I HAVE CALLED THEM QUITE ALOT OF TIMES BT IT SERIOUSLY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE WORKING WITH VODAFONE THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. this complaint is in regard to my Cell no. [protected] n [protected]. i have already activated the DND services as i dont want any promotional services or calls n services from any other vendores apart with vodafone...so please do the best from your end otherwise i will get my coontact nos. disconnected from vodafone as i am running 2 more nos. of the same also...i have complaint for these many times...and dont want to complaint to the customer care of the vodafone again...they are putting calls on hold many a time
