Vodafone — Getting Charged for services Never subscribed for | |
I, Vikram Singh having 2 post paid connections have noticed that for last 3 consecutive months I have been billed for “bhaktisagarforty” in my one of the nos. and for "vasomastismsmthirt" in my another no. I have called up vodafone call center several times but in vain as there was no solution provided. I had never subscribed for this service and have no interest in this. In fact today I called your CS and got to know the way to unsubscribe this service. I got a confirmation SMS about the unsubscribing. Again after 2 hours I got message that he bhaktisagar request has been again requested. I am not sure how come without any authentication any service can be activated in my mobile and that too I am getting charged for it. Was this information helpful? | |

I was the customer of vodafone since last six years two years bac i converted my connection pre-paidto post paid. since last six months i was facing poor signal problem for which i made a compliant to customer care, but there was no improvement Then i decided to go for incomming plan at Punjabi bagh office i was told to take 899 plan for one year and they gave me one code and asked me to send one sms to 11in the month of jul 08 my plan of 666/ was upto 2359 on 10 Aug, but on 10 aug at 0900 i got one sms that the plan of 899 is activated i called at 111 and asked why this plan is activated today the said we can activate within last 48 hrs of the previous plan then asked about this plan they said it is plan of Rs 899/ and monthly you will be charged Rs 50 for ID called caller, then i decided to not to accept this plan and requested to convert this connection to pre-paid connection then custmer care told me you have to pay Rs 899/ then only this connection will be convertedto pre-paid. for this plan i have nither recieved any call nor made any call not understud why i should pay Rs 899/ then i reqested to close this connection. Now this connectin is closed. my payment was through ecs billing to stop i done sms 111 with request stop ecs but reply was please send complete number. today on 17 sep 08 also send the reqest from my freinds vodafone to stop ecs payment today also same reply please send complete number. please clear why the amoumt of Rs 899 is claimed by vodafone while this plan was not aggreed. please clear why your vodaphone staff not cleared about ID caller charges while other cheaper plans also available in the market. For my previous plan which was disactivated on 10 aug 08 at 0900 why vodafone charged for last day also?
